Tutorial: Modeling Ethics for System Design with the Square of Values
The tutorial introduced the Square of Values, a lightweight
visual modeling technique for representing ethical tradeoffs, competing
values, and design alternatives in socio-technical system design. The ap-
proach enables participants to visually reason about ethical questions
and connect them to requirements, scenarios, and system design deci-
sions.
